It started as a dinner for fellow students and now her concept is famous in the 'Pijp'-district in Amsterdam. At restaurant 'Saskia's Huiskamer' you have dinner with stranger on one long table.

Saskia takes care of the lunch at the Africaday. Every year completely fair and as biologic as possible.
